If you would like to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us by email at contact@blingcartel.com. Returns without return authorization will not be honored. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any shipping fees are non-refundable. General Cancellation Policy

Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy
Custom grillz orders can only be cancelled prior to the jeweler working on your grillz. Upon cancellation, a $15 per grill cancellation fee may be deducted from your total refund. Once the jeweler starts working on your custom grillz, your order is non-refundable.
