U.S. orders qualify for 100% FREE standard USPS shipping with a Track & Confirm number, regardless of order size. Standard domestic shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the U.S. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Most orders are shipped within one business day.

Please note, the free shipping applies only to outgoing packages; we do not offer free return shipping.

Expedited USA Shipping

Need it fast? For quicker delivery, we offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping with a Track & Confirm number at a flat rate of $8.50, regardless of order size. Domestic USPS Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for transit, excluding weekends and public holidays. Most orders ship within one business day.

Is Priority 2-3 Day Delivery Guaranteed?

About 97%-98% of Priority Mail packages are delivered within 2-3 business days after mailing. However, USPS Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed service. Neither the United States Postal Service nor Bling Cartel, Inc. offer a money-back guarantee if packages sent via Priority Mail do not arrive by the expected delivery date.

International Shipping

Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada is available at a flat rate of $29.95 USD for standard USPS First Class International Package shipping, regardless of order size. Shipments to Canada typically take 11-20 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

EU & Other Countries
Due to GDPR, access to our website and products is unavailable to EU customers. All EU visitors must immediately cease activity and leave the site. We also do not ship to any countries outside the USA and Canada.

International Import Duties, Taxes, & Charges
Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any extra fees before making a purchase.

Returns, Exchanges, Warranties

At Bling Cartel, Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer returns and exchanges on most items, except for mouth jewelry and customized pieces. Jewelry Returns and Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on our jewelry, excluding grillz and custom pieces. If you'd like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us first at contact@blingcartel.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your credit card or bank.

General Cancellation Policy (does not apply to custom grillz)

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If your order hasn’t shipped and you’d like to cancel, please reach out to us via email or phone.

Custom Grillz Return Policy

Can I return custom grillz?

Due to the unique nature of custom grillz (handmade mouth jewelry), these items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no warranties offered for custom grillz. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the fit of your grillz, we offer one free redo of your grillz with the purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel custom grillz orders only before production begins and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s) and production starts, the sale is final and non-refundable. A $15 cancellation feeper grill will be deducted from any eligible refunds for canceled orders.

Custom Grillz Redo Policy

At Bling Cartel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your grillz don't fit as expected, we offer a free redo in the same design with the purchase of a new mold kit. To qualify for a redo, contact us via email, order a mold kit, and send back your grillz along with the new mold within 30 days of receiving your original grillz. We will prioritize your redo and expedite production (approximately two weeks).

Grillz Disclaimer & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, grillz are sold as-is and without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of grillz, including incidental, punitive, or accidental damages. Our grillz are intended for decorative and entertainment purposes only, not as replacements for natural teeth or fillings. Bling Cartel, Inc. disclaims any liability for injuries related to improper use. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately. By purchasing grillz from us, you are agreeing to this policy.

Can I get a grill if I have missing or chipped teeth?

In some cases, we may be able to assist with additional fees. Contact us at contact@blingcartel.com, and we will be happy to help.

Mold Kit

You will receive one free mold kit with your custom grill purchase. If your mold impressions are unusable, we will notify you, and it will be your responsibility to either acquire another kit or get impressions made by a qualified dentist.

Pricing Errors

Bling Cartel reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of pricing errors or any other reason.

Price Changes (Custom Grillz)

Due to fluctuating prices for precious metals, our custom grill prices may change over time. Please submit your mold impressions within 30-60 days of purchase to lock in your price. After this period, you will be responsible for any price increases.

Grillz Production Time

Custom grillz typically take 6-8 weeks for production after we receive your dental impressions. During periods of high demand, production times may be longer. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. For order status updates, email us with your order number, and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to certain states may be subject to sales tax.

Lost, Stolen, or Misrouted Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. If the tracking information confirms that the package was delivered, we will rely on that information. Additionally, if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect mailing address, you can either receive a refund or request a reshipment for a small fee.

Can my shipping and billing address be different?

Yes! Orders can typically be shipped to a different address than the billing address. However, to prevent fraud, orders with mismatched addresses are subject to verification, which may cause delays. If we cannot confirm the charges with the cardholder, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we ship to both street addresses and PO Box addresses.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping address changes are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. They may require proof of residency at the new address. For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship to the original address provided on the order.

Anti-Fraud Safeguards

We take fraud prevention seriously and have multiple safeguards in place. We pursue prosecution for fraudulent orders, including those involving stolen credit cards, identity theft, and chargebacks. All IP addresses are logged for fraud prevention and investigation.
