Standard domestic shipping (USPS Ground Advantage Mail) normally takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the USA. Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. Priority USA Shipping

Domestic USPS Priority Shipping transit times normally take 2-3 business days*, after mailing.

  • Jewelry Returns And Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on our jewelry, excluding grillz and customized jewelry. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us by email at contact@blingcartel.com. Returns without return authorization will not be honored. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process - depending on the credit card or bank.

  • General Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel, please contact us by email or phone.

  • Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy

Custom grillz orders can only be cancelled prior to the jeweler working on your grillz. Upon cancellation, a $15 per grill cancellation fee may be deducted from your total refund. Once the jeweler starts working on your custom grillz, your order is non-refundable.

    Awesome cross pendant looks way better in person than on camera. First one arrived with a fallen out stone but refund and return was easy and fast, the replacement is perfect with no loose stones. Works with my 3.5mm rope but upgrading to a 8mm to make it really stand out.
